Customer Reviews

"Excellent small town diner. Everything you'd want. We went for lunch, had the steam table. Old-fashioned style 1 meat, veggies, bread, and drink. Way too reasonably priced as well. 2 specials with a dessert under $30.00. I had the hamburger steak with grilled potatoes, cabbage, green beans, and jalapeno cornbread. Wife the pork chop with brown gravy, a massive amount of perfect whipped potatoes, black eye peas, green beans, and cornbread. We split pecan pie, which is the only thing I didn't care for. We will be back next Saturday"

"This is the second time I have came here. The food taste great and the portions, well, you will be totally satisfied. Service was exceptional. Had the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes smothered in gravy, greens and Cornbread. Love this place. If ever in the Huntsville area, take the few minutes to come to Trinity. Limited hours but worth the drive! Family friendly place to enjoy."

"I had the prime rib, medium rare. My wife had the grilled pork chops, black eyed peas over rice and fresh cabbage."

"This is located in a small strip mall. The salsa was nice and warm. Chips good. Instant coffee and not fresh brewed, horrible . For God sake they brew fresh coffee in gas stations. This is a hole in the wall in a small town, but instant coffee? We ordered two plates my Trinity burrito was plates nice but the chicken was dry. They drown flavor with too much cheese Rice excellent. The beans had flavor as well. There is some talent but it needs more heart They have large portions. It is hit and miss. I would never go back."

"Excellent homemade food!! I had a vegetable plates that was full of spices but not hot spiced. Delicious cabbage and mixed greens. I don't know how they cook it but there were the best I ever had. The barbecue meat is average not super smoky but very tender. The waitress was really helpful and nice. She told us we could get a dessert or a salad for free as it was a Saturday. The bread pudding was a killer, so tasty and obviously homemade . We also tasted a lemon pie that didn't taste homemade. We will be back and we will stay on the homemade dishes that were excellent!"

"New owners 8 months ago. Friendly, down home, Southern family feel. They have a steam table so some menu choices are available immediately. Breakfast and lunch, no dinner service yet. Pricing very reasonable."
